The government is turning to the private sector for ideas on training, education and job creation. The latest scheme by government invites proposals to help "stimulate innovation in the provision of training and activation measures for job seekers". The government has put €20 million to fund such ideas. We believe this may well be the right approach given the track record of the government so far but here's hoping that evaluation of the Tenders is done efficiently......
