What is Flexitimers?

Flexitimers is an online service that ‘matches’ companies looking for flexible staff (part-time, contract, tele, freelance etc.) to professional people looking for flexible work - it’s that simple.

 

How does Flexitimers work?

It’s really simply:

  • Register and upload a position/project for FREE. Postings are live for 6 weeks.
  • Receive professional profiles directly in your inbox.
  • Review, Connect and Hire.

How long does it take to create an account?

Registration is a short simple 3-step process which takes less than 2 minutes. You do NOT have to create an online job specification; instead a summary using drop down menus outlining the experience and skills you’re looking for.

 

How will you use my information?

Under NO circumstances will Flexitimers share your information with any third party.

You will NOT be sent any communications bar notifications of matches or the Newsletter if you signed up to it.

Flexitimers complies with the regulations outlined by the Data Protection Commission.

How secure is the Flexitimers site?

The site has been built using the highest levels of security and is constantly monitored using www.controlscan.com

 

Is Flexitimers really FREE?

Yes, there is NO CHARGE to use the site.  Each posting is online for 6 weeks and for this length of time you will receive emails of all professionals who match your requirement. See Pricing for more information.

Can I browse the database of jobseekers?

No, the database of jobseekers cannot be browsed by the general public, other registered professionals on Flexitimers nor by companies posting positions on Flexitimers. This is to ensure privacy and discretion for the high calibre candidates on Flexitimers. Employers can access the professional profiles of ‘Matches’ to their open position(s), a summary of which is mailed directly to their inbox. Employers can also view profiles of professionals that have applied directly to the open position. More information is available in our Privacy Statement.

What is the email notification?

Employers receive an email (daily or weekly according to your preference) with a short summary of the matching professionals. These are also saved in the ‘Matches’ Section of ‘My Account’. Each is linked to the professionals’ full profile online.

 

Do I have to supply the real company name?

All companies must provide their full company name. However, Flexitimers provide employers with the option to have a Flexitimers Name, it is entirely up to you whether you wish to display your real company name or an alias.

 

Do you vet candidates?

No Flexitimers is a matching service. We send you candidates via email based on your Job Posting. You make contact directly and continue your usual hiring process.
