Flexitimers is an online service that 'matches' people looking for flexible work (part-time, contract, tele, freelance etc.) to companies looking for flexible professionals.
How does Flexitimers work?
It’s really simply:
- You Create a Career Profile – an outline of your professional experience and choose options regarding what flexible work you are looking for.
- Flexitimers emails professionals with suitable matches of positions.
- Flexitimers emails employers with suitable matches of professionals.
- Both parties decide if they want to make contact to find out more about the position and the professional

How long does it take to create an account?
Registration is a short simple 3-step process which takes less than 2 minutes. You do NOT have to create an online CV; instead a career summary using drop down menus outlining your experience and the work you’re looking for.
How will you "use" my information?
Your profile is NOT viewable to the public and the database is NOT searchable by any companies (regardless of payment). If you are matched with a position a link with your profile is sent to the employer who makes contact with you via the site.
Under NO circumstances will Flexitimers share your information with any third party.
You will NOT be sent any communications bar notifications of matches or the Newsletter if you signed up to it.
Flexitimers complies with the regulations outlined by the Data Protection Commission.
How secure is the Flexitimers site?
The site has been built using the highest levels of security and is constantly monitored using www.controlscan.com
How much does it cost to use Flexitimers?
Registration and use of Flexitimers is FREE. There is ZERO cost for all users of the site.
Can I apply for jobs without registering?
No, professionals can browse the positions on Flexitimers but cannot apply for jobs without registering.
Can anyone browse the database of jobseekers?
No, the database of Professionals cannot be browsed by the general public, other registered Professionals on Flexitimers nor by companies posting positions on Flexitimers. Employers can only access Professional profiles that match their open position(s). More information is available in our Privacy Statement.
Can I make changes to my Flexitimers' profile?
Absolutely. Professionals are free to make changes to their Profile Page at any time by logging in and clicking the section you’d like to update/edit, which are listed under ‘My Account’.
What can I do if I have trouble uploading my career profile?
We have tried to make the service as easy as possible to use but if you are having problems please email your issue to support@flexitimers.com and we'll happily try and sort it for you.
What is the email notification?
Professionals receive an email (daily or weekly according to your preference) with a short summary of the matching positions. These are also saved in the ‘Matches’ Section of ‘My Account’. Each is linked to the full outline online.
Do I have to give my real name?
Yes, all users of the Flexitimers service must provide their real name and also verify their email address. This is to facilitate database integrity. However, your Flexitimers' name is the name that is displayed on your Public Profile so you can choose a pseudonym for your Flexitimers' name if you wish to remain anonymous.
Who pays me?
Flexitimers connects professionals seeking flexible work to employers who have flexible positions. The site is an introduction service and therefore not a recruitment or employment agency. The company or individual who makes contact with you regarding work (or who you contact directly) is your employer.
Do Flexitimers interview me or an employer?
No this is all handled by the employer or individual with work on offer.
